Plot:

Early in 2006, Don Napoleon "Leon" Borghese (currently incarcerated) ordered the deaths of the heads of the Five New York Crime Families. His cousin, Paolo Provini, from Sicily, is now in Manhattan running the whole show of the American Cosa Nostra. Leon, like Al Capone and John Gotti before him, was a notorious mobster. He did many things to move up in the ranks of the Bonanno Crime Family, and was loyal to the late Dons of that family for 23 years, desperate to have his own family. It was not until 2005 that Leon got his own family which was headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After settling into his new position as Don of his own family, Borghese becomes even more power hungry that he tries to take over business owned by the Bonannos in New York via his connections there. On top of that, he struggles with the fact that he is competing with a Crime family that controlled Pittsburgh since the early 1900's. The Pittsburgh Crime Family (now known as the Giugliano Crime Family), under the leadership of Mark Giugliano, has had influence throughout Pittsburgh ever since Lenine “Lenny” Strollo's arrest in 2000. Being an "old school" mobster, Leon never participated in the drug trafficking operations conducted by Giugliano's men throughout areas where Borghese had control.
